Miracast or Screen Mirroring allows users to play videos, music, and photos from their smartphones on various devices such as smartphones, smart TVs, laptops, and tablets. This feature is available on Android 4.2 and newer versions.

Screen Mirroring provides users with a convenient shortcut and widget to use the Miracast external display screen casting feature. Users can easily mirror their own screen or use the cast feature on supported devices.

To share or mirror your mobile screen to a SmartTV or WiFi Display dongle connected to a TV, follow these steps:

1. Check if your TV supports Wireless Display / Miracast.
2. Ensure that your TV is connected to the same WiFi network as your mobile device. Wired connections (LAN) are not supported.
3. Make sure your Android device's version is 4.2 or higher.
4. Verify that your device has inbuilt hardware for Miracast.
5. Download and run the Miracast App.

To use the app:

1. Open the app and click on "Wi-Fi display" to directly access the cast screen feature.
2. Enable the TV's Miracast function.
3. Tap on "Start Wi-Fi" in the application.
4. Ensure that the Miracast application is enabled.
5. The app and TV will connect automatically, and you will see your mobile screen displayed on the Smart TV.
